Was supposed the Pasir Panjang 90km ride. 0415, BFF πŸ™reported heavy rain. However, most the BFF were out at the restaurant to fuel up prior the ride.

I'm really impressed by the BFF passion in cycling. As πŸš€ said, the πŸ”₯is burning too hot!  Rain β›ˆ just can't stop us.

All agreed to ride the Plan B

Was a speedy downhill with winding road. Great place for speeding with corners that not too technical.

☁️is taking the opportunity to fine trying his newly upgraded Quintana Roo PRFive Di2.  Powerful surge at the ending stretch that impressed the BFF.

Fitting out the sweet spots for his new Quintana Roo PRFive

1st regroup point at the Broga's PosOffice. Refill of water.

Wefie of the day. 🐍's pose indicating his confidence level of the day.

After the isolated thunderstorm in the morning. Some fresh breeze of air from the jungle.

Arrival of πŸš€at the Lenggeng dam.

The ride's hot-horse. Very hot indeed. Flexing his muscles for the final stretch flat. Thought 🐍claimed he reserved the power not to attach in the climbs.

Final preps befor the fast & furious flat.

🐢is the least performing rider of the day. Despite his superb fast downhill which overtook a motorbike!!!

Regroup point at Broga (re-post)

At the Lenggeng water tank

Great weather.

Ride of the day. The most enjoyment moment... Of course the group drinking session reviewing the ride.

*Slow and steady ride.

Was a week planned ride. Surprise to have 🐟join us in this long ride. We promised a full pace controlled ride.

Last 10km was the designated free-speed-zone (aka FSZ)

The ride was as planned. No over speed. All ride within the group.

At the last regroup point, several riders πŸ‹πŸŸπŸšΆπŸΌ & Ziporini started 5-10mins ahead than others while the remaining waiting for πŸ™his "slow & steady" tube repair.

The remaining riders started the last section the moment πŸ™settled. It was a great idea to let the slower riders start 1st. We are all taking them as "target".

The 1st break away make πŸπŸ†ŽπŸin a team. We managed to chased down the leaders 3km before the finishing. Bravo!

Last battle Zone was quite tame. Supposed to be the speeding zone for the πŸ‘»s. Probably all are tired, so the lead group just cruising home at a steady pace.

Overall, it was a great workout Sunday!

Last regroup point - Petronas. πŸ†Žis directing the riders.

Take the rest at the last regroup point. πŸ™is busy.

πŸ™got the right timing. Flat at the regroup point. Lucky him.

Kudos to 🐟for his 1st ever 90km attempt after many years missing in cycling.

πŸ™skills in changing tyre is sucks.  But it is always lesson learned for him.

All finished in 1 piece. Smiling faces!

1st Jan 2016 Fraser Hill Ride with BET

1st day of 2016 we started it with a spectacular road cycling trip to Fraser's Hill. 45 mins drive from KL.

Rolled out at 0700. It was a very cooling ride as there were sizzling along the way. Misty road makes us less tiring during the climb.

Total distance up to the clock tower is 38km. Non stop climbing.

20mins after the starts, our buddy Mr Simon got a flat tyre. Continue the ride after repaired.
