Ride covering new section lead by Yew Yee & gang.  Mixture of off & on road.  Passing some villages, got chased by Rottweiler & some doggies.

Good drafting in certain part of the section where all ride in a group formation.

Drama : Our rookie rider Mr 67 got fell down while Mr Snake is holding video recording.  The fall looks painful,  luckily nothing serious.   It was a good laugh for all! Haha

   I also took this ride to try out the uniform to be used in the "big show" this end of Sept. It is the new DeSoto Forza with Integrated Ceramico padding system & DeSoto Carrera top in WHITE. Overall support is great, the fabric breathability is good. Right after the ride,  followed by a road run under heat. Surprisingly to run with better pace than last week.  Thanks to the high RPM turbo training, it helps to get the legs loosen. Proper electrolyte intake is also important in this training section.
