My X'mas Gift

A 2008 X'mas gift from "my lady". A brown leather single key holder by Braun Buffel, Germany.


The key fits inside the holder nicely. It is actually a piece of leather which cuts into some curve shapes. Superior sewing technique around the edge of the leather.



The key is being hold by a bolt with a Braun buffulo engraved.



This model of key holder from Braun Buffel does have a version specifically for Lexus (See picture).

I Like to move it, MOVE IT

This has to be the hot animation movies for the 4th Q of 2008. Saw it last week, and things still keep circling in my mind. And i bet it will be in yours as well too. Check out the MTV by the jokers in the movie.

18 May 2008 : Fraser's Hill Ride

2008, 18 May Wesak day's eve. 16 of us rode up tp Fraser's Hill (Pahang) from Kota Kubu Bharu. Total distance is approx 38km uphill.

The following day, 19 May, we ran a 10k route around the bungalows in Fraser's Hill. A fantasic air & scenery i can use to express my feeling.

2008 6.5KM Kapas Marang Int'l Swimathon

Race Name : Kapas Marang Int'l Swimathon
Race Type : Open water swimming
Distance : 6.5KM from Kapas island to Mainland of Terengannu
Date : 13th April 2008, Sunday

The event is held on the 13th of April 2008, Sunday. As usual, we departed from Pasar Rakyat bus station, KL on Friday night. Arrived on Saturday morning Marang. Terengannu. The were 2 buses from the state government of Terengannu. The bus seatings are quite weird. Not really comfortable. Well, the fee that we are paying is RM30. So no further comments on the comfortability ;)

Saturday. Race registration at the Marang jetty. Registration fee includes the "1 way" boat transfer, race dinner & a simple brakfast for participant. The fee is RM50/swimmer. Why "1 way"? because swimmers are to swim back on the race day!

Happy Chinese New Year 2008 - (Rat Year)

Time flies! Chinese New Year (CNY) is just 3 weeks from now (the day i posted this). As usual, will like to share you all something funny about CNY. The 2 guys that sang a fantastic new year song. Hope you all enjoy!!!

2007年十二月二事五日, 又是一年一度的圣诞节日. 每年嘅呢个时候, 特别系今日, 阳光明媚啲下午, 突然间转变为黑暗啲暴风雨. 犹如邪恶啲来临. 更会令人回忆起2004啲亚洲大海啸事件.

My New Eye-Shield

Just bought a new Oakley's Radar Hydrophobic eye wear. It is a white frame with hydrophobic lens. What is hydrophobic?


According to explaination in wikipedi, hydrophobic molecules tend to be non-polar and thus prefer other neutral molecules and nonpolar solvents. Hydrophobic molecules in water often cluster together forming micelles. Water on hydrophobic surfaces will exhibit a high contact angle. Still don't understand? See the water-drops in the picture.

When an eye-wear with hydrophobic function, sweat or rain water will be skidded off from the lens (check out the picture below). This is very useful/helpful for cyclist out there. If water are sticked on the eye wear lens, it bias the rider's vision and it is extremely dangerous. Therefore, i sacrifies 50% of my monthly income for this "safety goods" :)

The Island of Arts

Group of 15 visited Bali for 6D5N. Was a wonderful trip where some of the members got their New Nick Names (NNM).


among the places of interest are Batu Perak at Sanur. It is a silver factory which silver are hand-made by the balinese people. Batu Bulan (Stone craft), a place which famous in stone crafting. Local people are the gifted crafting guru where their blood-line is born to be an artist & the crafted stones are very detailed.

On the last 2 days, we picked up board-surfing 4 hours lesson from Pro-Surf school at Kuta beach. Lesson started with a theory of surfing. It was conducted in the hotel. The remaining 3 hours was a hand-on practice at the Kuta beach. It was fun as it is "Not Really" hard to stand on the board. However, it is not easy though. The course fee is RM100/person.

Onverall, Bali is a nice place, no "terrorist" feel although it have been bombed for twice. The local people are friendly. In short, proper arrangement should make the trip even better ;)

Time flies, you may have noticed that the greetings for 2006 still at the bottom of this page! Can you imagine how fast the time past? (or probably that i lazy to keep posting blogs.. hohohoho)
