GPS Ride Data

Overall
Improvement on the ride pace. Stopping time is shortened much.  Traveling longer distance with same amount of time as per last ride.

Team doctor giving immediate treatment to team-mate.

There are few rider muscle cramp.. either is too long no ride or pushing to max limit.
E.g. : Mr Yow Peng the hydration man (with twin-bottles this time)..πŸ‘ u push your self max.  Mr Woon also experiencing mild cramp.
Advise : Cut alcohol intake.  drink plenty of water.  Load sar-hor-fun or Roti canai pre-ride!

Few crashes during the ride.  But non are serious, so it will be a lessons to learned.  You will have much better bicycle handling skills to share with other virgin riders!
Take note. When on road, try all ride in same side (single-file). Is danger if we taking both way as big lorry will find difficult to avoid us.  The lead-pack should control the pace so the others from the back can draft and we ride in a proper formation (Team works!)

Special thanks to:
