Ride plan...
FCT sequence is 1, 3, 5, 6 (rotate in sequence)
Maintain positions In top 4
Pacing speed between 28-30km/h
FCT duration between 30sec - unlimited (gauge your own recovery rate) then back to the pos 4th for recovery until next turn.
Generally, the start was bit faster than expected. Cruising on an avg 28-30+. Occasionally, the speed raised close to 40kmh. Thanks to the FCTs Mr Keith & Mr PowerFoo. Though the pace maybe not as smooth as what intended for, but we shall make it a better very very soon.
Today, 3 virgin riders that clocked their 1st ever 70km+ ride. Bravo to RH, Mg & AB.
The stop at Teluk Kemang was a quick version due to the dark cloud nearby. We left the scene right after the individual & group photo session.
On the way home, newbie Monggo started to scream because of his jelly legs. However, he managed to speed up to the front pack to hold the train-head! What an amazing power he has!
Towards the finishing, we have a fighter group speeding home. The last 4km saw the aggressive pace! And all make it home at a very fast pace! All riders reached home within 15mins after the 1st rider.
Overall, it was a fantastic ride that proved "Ride As A Team" works! We managed to get back about 9am! Way ahead from what webpage planned (10am).
What a sunshine Sunday with a wonderful ride with BFF and still plenty of time reserves for family gathering on Sunday.

YOU NEED TO START TO BE GREAT!"

On the other side, we have an alternative BFF which can't make it to the Pd start line were started with off road version. In a way, we have total of 13-15 BFF on the road!
