Microsoft Word - strange thing

Got some funny stuff from email sent by friend.  You may try this out in your own PC.  Should find funny thing happens.  If you guys know anything behind this, do post it in the comment or email me the facts!  Thank you.

Instructions
Open a blank Word document (Microsoft word) and type the following:
 
=rand(200,99)
 
and then Press 'Enter' and wait 5 seconds...

Even better, try =rand(1000,1000).

Must be some developer's work.

why like that one? is it the Random function that causing the effects? or somesort of exorcism? hahaha.. too much movie.

If not mistaken, the repeat words display in MS Word after press 'Enter' (The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.) is represent kind of true type font definition...

You can open a .ttf file & see

Perhaps the =rand(200,99) is the fomulae use to form this unique string... =_="

My bet is that it's a debugging function to quickly populate the doc with lots of data.
